The Role
This position supports the CEO directly and sits at the center of how the company operates day-to-day. The role has two equally important dimensions: keeping the CEO organized and unblocked, and ensuring that internal initiatives across the leadership team stay on track.
On any given week, that might mean coordinating a customer meeting, tracking the status of an SSO migration, following up with a department head on a delayed deliverable, or preparing a briefing for an external engagement. The common thread is ownership — you are responsible for the thread, whatever it is.
This is a high-trust position. You will have significant exposure to sensitive business, customer, and personnel information, and are expected to handle it accordingly.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling priorities, and travel logistics
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO where appropriate
- Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
- Provide occasional personal and administrative support as needed
Internal Project Coordination
- Maintain active visibility across initiatives owned by department heads — tracking timelines, owners, blockers, and next steps
- Drive follow-through on cross-functional projects that lack a single departmental owner: system migrations, tooling rollouts, process changes, vendor transitions
- Surface risks and delays proactively, before they become problems
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive directly
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across functions and keep complex initiatives moving without being the subject matter expert
- Strong written communication; comfortable corresponding with senior internal and external stakeholders
- High discretion with confidential information — this is a baseline expectation, not a differentiator
- Familiarity with project or task management tools
- Technically literate enough to track and coordinate technical projects independently
